Formerly known as English Hills, this private gated community was purchased in November of 2007 and is the O’Brien Realty Group’s fifth acquisition in Charlotte. Strategically located next door to Somerstone at Winding Trail, this complex suffered from deteriorated physical improvements, a negative image and an undesirable clientele.
