Built in 1910 and renovated as condominiums in 1985, Congress Street contains seventy five apartments in thirteen brownstone style buildings. The condominium conversion developer was unsuccessful and the property was purchased by the O’Brien Realty Group in 1995.
Stabilized within six months, the complex operated as apartments and averaged 98% occupancy for ten years. Congress Street was sold in 2005. |
